| This project was another project that was sold to Pfizer. This is a 30 question assessment that evaluates the performance of a corporate team or division. This application delivers the assessment to Team Leaders and their Team Members, then generates quantified results on the fly to a Blanchard administrator. This tool is then used to help coach the company's teams on how they can improve their performance.
