The Ken Blanchard Companies have recently undergone some corporate restructuring. In the first all company meeting to be held by the new president, we were commissioned to create a corporate motivational flash. Traditionally, they had done this internally using PowerPoint. This time, they wanted to blow people away. They selected a soundtrack, and created the content full of Blanchard buzzwords. It was amazingly successful, followed with cheers and a standing ovation from the entire company.
