We were asked to create the first online course for The Ken Blanchard Companies by taking their highly successful Management Training Program 'Situational Leadership® II' online. Through the use of Flash and multiple interactive quizzes and games, we were able to create a thoroughly engaging site. We took this project from test-pilot status to massive implementation when Blanchard began to use this with one of their largest clients, Pfizer.

We have contracted with The Ken Blanchard Companies to do several other projects. We built their Intranet, remodeled their International site, designed an internal awards site, created a motivational corporate flash, designed an online assessment with full reporting capabilities, created a flash marketing piece, and more.
